We offer a 30-day return policy on bracelets. To be eligible for a return, the bracelet must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, with no scratches, damage, or signs of wear.

How to Submit a Return

To initiate a return, visit our website and open our Returns Portal. Enter your order information and follow the instructions to submit your return request. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
