We offer full refunds within 15 days and store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by courier notification. As a kids fine jewelry all of our pieces are made with solid 14K gold or 14k gold vermeil. All of our products have passed the European environmental protection test.
