We offer full refunds within 15 days and store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by courier notification. All sale items, personalized styles and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be canceled, returned or exchanged. 

We offer a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all our fine jewelry purchases. This warranty includes any quality issues that come from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains.

As a kids fine jewelry all of our pieces are made with solid 14K gold or 14k gold vermeil. All of our products have passed the European environmental protection test. Every piece can be made in 18K Gold upon request at koukoukid@gmail.com. All of our stones are natural or artificial gemstones. Ensuring your kids can enjoy our pieces for years to come.
